Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of DealerAdGen (dealeradgen.com and the app at dealeradgen.com/app). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you use DealerAdGen for a dealership or a client, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

What DealerAdGen does

DealerAdGen is an AI ad maker for car dealerships. It makes images, videos and captions from the details, photos and logos you give it. The free tools on the website (window sticker maker, Buyers Guide maker, caption generator and the free sample page) work without an account.

Your account

• Give us a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login, including logins you add for your team.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Credits, plans and billing

• New accounts get a free trial of 40 credits, with no credit card needed. The trial credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are month to month. We charge you in US dollars through Stripe. A plan renews every month until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, Stripe may try your card again. If it still does not work, your plan may be paused or ended until you update your payment details. Credits you already used are not refunded.
• Credits pay for AI work. What each action costs is shown in the app and on the pricing page: for example a new ad or an edit uses about 4 credits, a video uses more depending on its length, and higher-resolution images show their cost before they are made.
• Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. When you run out, you can wait for your credits to reset or upgrade.
• Prices do not include sales tax or similar taxes. If tax applies where you are, it is added when you pay, and you see the total before you confirm.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give refunds for a period that has started, unless the law requires it. If something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it.

Your content and the ads you make

• You keep ownership of what you upload (logos, photos, text) and of the ads, videos and captions you make with DealerAdGen. We do not claim ownership of them. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. A logo or vehicle photo that belongs to someone else, or to a manufacturer, needs their permission.
• AI can make mistakes. It may misspell words, change a logo, or draw a vehicle that does not match yours. You must check every ad before you post it.
• Advertising rules apply to you, not to us. Prices, payments, rates, rebates, fine print and incentives in a car ad must be accurate and follow the laws and brand rules where you sell (for example FTC, state or provincial rules and manufacturer guidelines). We offer tools that help, like proofreading checks, but they do not replace your own review.
• We do not use your uploads or ads to train our own AI models. The AI companies that help us make your results receive your content to do that, and follow their own rules. We choose providers that say they do not use this content to train their models, but we cannot control what they do. Do not upload anything you are not willing to share with them.

What you may not do

• Use DealerAdGen for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to make false or deceptive offers.
• Try to break or overload the service, copy how it works, or use it to build a competing product.
• Resell access, or share one login between businesses that are not yours.

The service and our responsibility

• We work to keep DealerAdGen available but we do not promise it will always work without errors or interruption. Features and credit costs may change. If a change makes you pay more, we will tell you first.
• We give you the service without any guarantee that it is perfect. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profit, or other losses we did not cause directly. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close yours at any time.

Changes and contact
