Fine print to include
- “$X off services of $X or more. One per customer. Expires [date].”
- Include your dealership’s mailing address and an unsubscribe link in every email.
Only advertise prices and offers your service team knows about, and keep the price the same on your website, Google and social media.
Tips that make it work
- In Canada, CASL requires consent; customers who bought or serviced with you in the last 2 years usually count as implied consent.
- Keep it short: one service, one offer, one button.
- Use a DealerAdGen email header (the Email header size) so your emails match your social posts.

How often should a dealership send service emails?
One reminder when a service is due, plus a handful of seasonal emails a year, is plenty. Too many emails train people to ignore you or unsubscribe.
